Just found out that my landlord has registered my apartment as rent controlled under a different leaser for the past 3 years I’ve lived there. Anyone ever dealt with switching from rent controlled to rent stabilized before?

What type of self help strategies do individuals actually find helpful when you feel burn out or stuck in a rut? Any books, apps, meditation, podcasts, etc, others find helpful? He joined this job during COVID so first time meeting his team.. he said they were out past 1am every night. Ummm? (Contd)

Need some advice: For context I’m an engineering student - I’ve gotten a role as a business analyst for a health tech startup that just raised their series A (10M) and is rapidly scaling. They brought me on part time until I finish up school in the spring. I negotiated to begin my vesting schedule now and I absolutely love the company and product-only problem is that I am losing all motivation for school…especially since it’s engineering. I’m going to finish-but how do I make it easier to balance
