Can we talk designations a minute? I'm at the agency level now and would like to move to a company underwriter. If I'm going to add some designations to my portfolio, which would be the best? I don't think jumping right into CPCU is the right way to go. I can earn my CIC and then pursue a CRM or CPRM. I don't think I want to do the CISR since that won't do much for me if/when I move to underwriter. Is there something else I should consider? Do designations matter at the company level?

I'm being asked to be involved in product pricing for the first time, and lack any knowledge or experience in that area. Any suggestions on courses or books or websites? I'm considering the Pragmatic Marketing pricing course, so would be interested to hear from anyone who has taken it.

Hi Fishies, I got info about my LEAD category via teams call, and a week later the LEAD form was released by my counsellor. Via call I was told I would be getting a progression but there is no mention about it on the the form, there is only:

How long does it take to get the result after AWS-SAA exam?

I am looking to gain certification or other credentialing in diversity and inclusion, not only because it would look good on my resume both for future job-search purposes and also to become better educated in this area, which is growing in importance.
I looked at SHRM's "Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty Credential" and got a bit of "sticker shock" at the cost - $1,655.00 for members.

Im at a Job (not CACi) where I use my public trust and not my secret clearance and will be losing (inactive for a year and a half) in about 6 months. (When active shouldn’t expire until 2027) This makes me nervous since DMV is heavy on federal. Should I jump to another job and start looking or is having a clearance not to hard to get again? Since my shift is 11:30 am - 8:30 pm, I started clocking in my hours in Workday from previous Monday for shift allowance and its pending for approval with my people manager.
