Can we use vision insurance to get sunglasses without power? I have heard they only do with power

I need some guidance for my freelance rate living in LA as a product designer.
They are very thoughtful of me and knew that this is my first time being freelance as a product designer. I was given some time to come up with the number for my hourly rate.
They also mentioned, "Remember to add that insurance fee, living cost stuff, etc into your consideration and Don't ask lower than $50". Is there any formula that can help - like 1.5x standard annual salary? Thanks

I’m currently a Project Manager I’m a hospital. I have been working in the healthcare field ever since I graduated from undergrad. I then went on to get my masters in healthcare administration. Now roughly 10 years later I’m ready to breakout of the healthcare field. If anyone has any advice as to how to switch industries, it will be greatly appreciated. I’m working on my PMP at the moment.

I've always been very healthy but now at 30 my first year in public Accounting I am having unusually high blood pressure. Headaches, blurred vision on my left eye. I'm worried it may be as a result of the busy season stress.

Has anyone recovered their health after leaving PA and what did you switch to from PA? I'm a tax associate.
