Hi fishies,

I need some guidance for my freelance rate living in LA as a product designer.
They are very thoughtful of me and knew that this is my first time being freelance as a product designer. I was given some time to come up with the number for my hourly rate.
They also mentioned, "Remember to add that insurance fee, living cost stuff, etc into your consideration and Don't ask lower than $50". Is there any formula that can help - like 1.5x standard annual salary? Thanks

New mom here. My LO is 3 months old and I'm back at work. Has anyone tried any of those "hands-free" pumps like Willow or Elvie? They're like $500 and insurance doesn't cover them. Are they worth it?

Thank your friends and family in healthcare for all their effort. ♥️

Also pls tip your delivery folks generously. They’re risking their safety to get your grocery and food delivered to your doorstep.♥️
