Can we work in canada with H1b? Or not allowed?

I got two offers one is of 33LPA fixed(42LPA CTC) from Goldman Sachs for Banaglore location and other one is of 10 million yen from PayPay(3 years young company) for japan location and they are also providing visa sponsorship.

can anyone please help me to choose which one is better?

After not hearing back after applications/initial interviews from some of the big name brands, I took an offer from a small firm as this is my first consulting job (switching from industry) and was hoping I could use it as a stepstone for some experience.

I’m a European and I plan to file i160 in pp if it’ll be available at the time. At what time do you think I can lose a job without any impact? 6 months after i160 approval? Only with a green card?

I found out today that my O1B application for the US has been approved. After losing my previous visa status when my agency decided not to renew it, thus leaving me temporarily unemployed and isolated in a foreign country during a global pandemic, I feel like I can finally exhale after 3 months of holding my breath and hoping for the best.
