Hi. I would appreciate any advice on this. I have been working in TCS for 3 years in Support domain. I have completed my PGP in Data Science and Business Analytics. I have been trying to get placed in Accenture. I applied last November as a referral to Accenture. However, my resume was rejected. I thought it was because I was not serving notice period and still studying my PGP. However, I have completed my degree now and am looking to switch over. (In comments) Accenture

Pros of smaller company - can have better work life balance, culture; hands on experience will prepare you for roles within that company or in similar sized company. Can have higher compensation to attract talent.
Pros of F500- basically the same as the smaller company. Could be better. Really depends on the actual choices in front of you. Go F500 if you want to work at a F500 for the rest of your working life
Think it depends on what you’d prefer.
I left for a big company (global, plenty of interesting roles) but you take the risk that you’re stuck there for years getting silo’d. I didn’t want to go down the small company route because the finance teams are usually tiny and I think it would be more difficult to get an equivalent role in a big company.
