Trust them in what sense? Their job is to find candidates for roles in order to get paid. Trust them to do that...
It depends on how they found you. Ask. Remember that all employers use the services of recruiters to sometimes �check your loyalty� to your current firm. All big companies do it. I know...I�ve done it before. I keep a list of �known good� recruiters that I�ve interacted with in the past, how I know them, etc etc. The ONLY recruiter I trust is the one I�ve contacted
