Straightforward how? Are you an amateur woodworker? Own a planet, sander, lots of clamps, jigs for dowls or biscuits or pocket holes, have a workshop, have the right vehicle to pick up lumber, have access to lumber, have plans?
Theoretically, it seems straightforward. I ask because I’ve thought something similar and even watched a bunch of YouTube videos about making my own cabinet boxes, but sure seems like IKEA is a better option (at least for me) given time and effort involved. But if you want to make those as a hobbiest or DIYer, then they seem like a good starting point. And the general rule seems to be you’ll pay 1.5x for the final result what you could have paid for off the shelf but you’ll have a good excuse to buy some tools and have fun while you’re doing it.
