Secondly, are there any travel restrictions outside the country when the application is in process. Thirdly, if I move to Canada or UK, does the application keep getting processed or stop because I have left the country.

How do you motivate yourself or what keep you motivated when you see you are constantly being overlooked for promotion or better career opportunities or someone getting a lot of credit for your work etc. while folks around you are able to earn more, jump ships and get more out their career.
