Doctor told me only water, tea, or black coffee. No artificial sweeteners or flavoring, since these can disrupt your hormones.

D1 your body goes out of autophagy once you consume calories. So in an ideal world you’ll see best results from just water intake even avoiding coffee (3 calories). However, as there is no scientific research on this - most experts out there consider keeping the calorie count under 50. This results in minimal insulin response.

Sugar free energy drinks and soft drinks. Sugar free sirup. Also recommend Green tea (+boosts your calory spend.)
Sugar free drinks with artificial sweeteners are thought to spike your insulin levels and break your fast. If you are just trying to lose weight, it may work and is called a dirty fast. For other benefits like alphogagy you need a clean fast.
Sorry new to intermittent fasting/haven’t tried it. What are the benefits/side effects? Curious whether I should try it or not.
Yes there are typos ... look up some of the terms. There other benefits other than weight loss.
