CBD vapes? Suggestions?
Yes. It’s far better than having processed white bread or cereal every day imo
I make a breakfast smoothie (almost) every week day for the past 5-8 years. Keifer, almond milk, banana, kale, dry oats meal, peanut butter, plant based protein, glutamine, NAC, L Lysine, fiber one

I drink two per day to help with hunger and get enough protein with my diet restrictions.
Yep - I personally have clients max out 2 servings a day though
Thoughts on that everyday?

Like dry scoop ? 🤮
You can have a protein shake every day. If you’re training at a volume that necessitates that level of protein - sure. but if you’re not, don’t use it as a lazy out for nutrition.

I just bought another massive tub. I think it’s reasonable considering I’ve bought about 1/4 of that amount for 50% more of a plant based one.
You can but be careful of what you buy. I've been eating that for like 6 years now. Went through all kinds of brands. From the most "innovative" to the most "performing" ...geeking out in sports forums and etc.
Now, I only care about one thing: simple, organic ingredients. Forget the powders with 300 unpronounceable ingredients and weird chemicals.
This has been my protein of choice for the past 3 years. I don't know if it exit in USA (I'm in Europe). The list of ingredients is not long and zero chemicals.
