I interviewed at EY in NYC last month. Radio silence since. How do I get them to reimburse me for my Ubers?

When you make an offer on home what all cost you ask the seller. I am asking 3% closing, deep cleaning, 1 yr warranty on appliances. The closing in MD runs into 12-15k which is major expense so does asking seller to pay is normal practice. How long a builder installed carpet and appliances generally last assuming normal wear and tear. In 10-15 yr old house i believe most of these needs a new replacement
