As a recruiter; Would you take a “Recruiting Manager” job for a high base (125k) with uncapped commission, potential to go over 150k/year (not guaranteed) with an opportunity to get manager exp and build a team, but you go into the office 2x/ week? This company is established with almost 200 employees. OR go to a smaller company (40 but growing) with high base (140k) no commission but fully remote and get to build the recruiting department, eventually build a team (9-12 months).
