Here was one I thought was genius: Google Glass is acquiring Warby Parker in an effort to merge and enter into the consumer market. They will be creating a comprehensive product line. How would you approach merging cultures, operations, recruiting approaches, and talent brand?
Lol sure here ya go: The org is still using fax machine and need to upskill it’s company into e-commerce but it will impact how sales rewards it’s bonus structure so there is resistance there…what will you do first?
