SO has a job in one of the Home Counties uni towns like Oxford, Cambridge, or Brighton. Taking a train or coach is possible but definitely not something I'd want to do every day.

Hi guys, I have 6 years of experience in SAP and I got an offer from EY GDS with rank 42 and designation as Senior consultant 1 and the fixed compensation is 21.5 LPA? Should I consider EY? Though the hike is around 30% with my present CTC.
Anyone here been hired by their client? Need advice: my client wants to hire me and asked my consulting firm if they could do so. They've both agreed via email but is there anything else I need to do before being hired and putting this client's name on my resume? I would think they would formally waive the NDA but not sure.
