I am currently getting a Master's of Library and Information Sciences, teaches information technology but it doesn't specialize in it. I am interested in working in UX Design. I have a BA in Psychology. Would it be beneficial to get into one of those UX boot camps to create a portfolio or do I just do one and begin to apply for entry UX roles? Thank you 🙏🏼
Hello, I’m seeking information on how to successfully transfer from the Amazon warehouse into a remote position. Am currently looking into ERC, DLS or HR services. I have over 5 year tenure and for the past year have been actively applying but I have no luck landing an interview. If anyone could assist with referrals or pointers on how to stand out to recruiters I would appreciate it!

You can leave after 1 minute if you like
Can you? Yes, it's not illegal (at least not yet)
Should you? Depends on your motives, but a one-time thing won't hurt. If you have 2-3 cases it may raise the recruiter's eyebrow

You can, but it will possibly be judged by a future recruiter to see that on your resume — you could be judged as a flight risk. If you leave, you should plan to stay at your next employer for a couple of years at least. How bad is the current company?
Yeah, you can, but you should also think about how that may look to future employers. They will most likely ask why you only stayed for 6 months, your reason for leaving, etc.
Yes, but might make you look like a flighty employee on your resume, especially if you don't have a job lined up right after. Why do you ask?
America, home of at will employment. Works out well sometimes
You could, it doesn't always reflect well. But like others have said, if it's once it's not the biggest deal. I left a role after 10 months because I just hated it, I would've left sooner but it took some time to find a new role
Sure, if you don’t want it
