Of course as long as you are a good listener and ask well timed / thought out questions. You may benefit from a good company culture and complimentary skill set however it surely is possible. Just don’t confuse quiet with complacent
I think the toughest part for me is seminars. Very overwhelming trying to meet and greet 25-30 people I've never met before.
Yes! But you have to develop a biz dev strategy that plays to your strengths. It will seem counterintuitive to your peers, but it can also be a way to set yourself apart from your competition.
I think people are surprised when I consider myself shy and quiet as I am “on all day”. I have done over $1m in production for years. I am the most boring guy at the cocktail party but enthusiastic when talking with compliance.

Absolutely - might have to work a little harder at first for clients, but once you become referable...
