Of course as long as you are a good listener and ask well timed / thought out questions. You may benefit from a good company culture and complimentary skill set however it surely is possible. Just don’t confuse quiet with complacent

I think the toughest part for me is seminars. Very overwhelming trying to meet and greet 25-30 people I've never met before.

Yes! But you have to develop a biz dev strategy that plays to your strengths. It will seem counterintuitive to your peers, but it can also be a way to set yourself apart from your competition.

I think people are surprised when I consider myself shy and quiet as I am “on all day”. I have done over $1m in production for years. I am the most boring guy at the cocktail party but enthusiastic when talking with compliance.

Of course....

Nope. Maybe as an analyst OR as an assistant. But not client facing. IMO.

Absolutely - might have to work a little harder at first for clients, but once you become referable...

If you go Indy it will be fine!

Hi fishes pls suggest
I'm in tcs. I've sent resignation mail on MAY 06, recieved call from Superviser for clarification, on 7th I've recieved Resignation Acknowledgement mail from Separation Adminteam. In the mail it is mentioned that my resignation is subject to final approval from my project
So 1. Do I have to initiate anything from my side? Where can I see the status of my resignation.
2. Will there be any issue if I take frequent sick leave in a month?

So I've heard from a bunch of people that working as a Product Designer at a FAANG company isn't as glamourous as people make it out to be.

Is it worth going for FAANG companies or nah?
