Can you leave a company 6 months after?
Likely not. You have no leverage and they have standardized a lot of it for campus hires

It’s always worth a shot to negotiate. I did and was successful despite having no experience.
You can try but it is unlikely to go your way. Entry-level positions are highly competitive and you are not really worth much fresh out of college. Most employers do not see college coursework as valuable because real-life experience is what makes you worth your money
When you say "top" do you mean MBB or the big 4? If so the answer is going to be most likely no considering the standardization like D1 mentioned. Also there's cohort wages or something now which is standard across the board for every new hire for a specific location
What leverage do you have to be asking for more as someone with no experience? What makes you so special that you deserve more than your peers who are also joining right out of college with the same salary? Higher GPA? Because you think you're smarter? Have you interned with them before (this is a good one). If you have a second offer from another place that you're considering if they don't give you a better number, you might be able to negotiate if they like you enough. But otherwise if you haven't interned with them either, you have no good reason from their perspective to ask for more.

Why should you though? It’s pay on par for what new software devs make without the technical skills they have. Be grateful. Greed is a horseman of eternal despair
It doesn't work in most cases but you can always try. Just don't expect too much.
You can sure try. It doesn't hurt to try.
