Now the problem is that he is based out of US and he is dependent on data which Indian HR provides him regarding market salary info.

I had a discussion with him and convinced him to increase this if I provide the data and prove that I am being paid less.

I had several interviews with Deutsche bank and they have verbally offered the job about 2 months ago. I noticed on Workday Tuesday the status says "offer in progress". In the time between, I did get some calls the offer is still in progress and is slowed down due to manager out of office (among other things). Banks won't likely care about analyst signing bonuses, but associate bonus at EB with diversity bonus can be significant. If she quits before, she won't be going to another bank.
