Received ECT AD in ops at BCG. I have two questions:
1. Is it difficult for these roles to get utilization/billability targets?

On a project where the senior associate doesn't pass anything on to me to do. I am completely out of the loop and have nothing to do while the SA is doing everything. What should I do? I would chill but I need the utilization to get a good bonus

Help! I'm a Sped teacher (ELA inclusion) that comes home to a High Functioning Autistic 9 yr old with ADHD and a slew of sensory issues that has sworn off soap 🤢. I've made visual check list for bathroom processes, bought timers, tried different bars and body washeds with net sponges, towels and even invested in a pricey showerhead with multiple settings. His set of needs are out of my wheel house. I need suggestions before I just pack up and move out *sarcasm but at the end of my rope*.

Hi fishes.. i have joined ey gds in august. On the 2nd week of joining i got allocated to a project(100% utilization) its been 3 months, the project did not kickstart.. had few meetings but no work at all. I have been doing couple of certificates though. Can i be in trouble for this? Will job security be affected?

What does the market look like for M&A consultants in the next two years? I'm talking to a firm that has 90%+ utilization so they have open roles. Changing companies in a time like this appears risky though. What is everyone else seeing?

The ad industry is legendarily homogenous. Won’t unionizing simply close ranks & protect existing white professionals, who then protect other professionals just like them, resulting in LESS diversity?

How do you professionally address a noticeable lack of diversity on your team? More than 85% of my team is white or white passing, and of the remaining individuals none are Black, Indigenous, or AAPI.

It's been 1 year at my current company. I've gone thru 3 managers, 2 directors & the recruitment team I'm on dwindle down from 20+ to 10. Recently, my manager was let go & 3 people are trying to do their job. I'm starting to get concerned as this manager had a good connection & communication with our team. Can anyone share their thoughts on Randstad Sourceright? I've been offered a role with them as a consultant and would be seconded to another business. Salary is v good and they pitch it as consulting but with the security of being a PAYE/perm employee... which sounds great but it seems almost too good to be true!
