Can you suggest a solid step-by-step learning guide for content writing?

Go on Youtube, type exactly that and learn it all for free. You're welcome ;)

Youtube is an absolutely brilliant resource for basically everything.

The secrets of content writing are out pretty much everywhere. Any highly rated free course on coursera, udemy, skillshare, etc... will have pretty much everything that you need to learn the skill in a pretty short period of time.

Once you do that, it's all about practice practice practice and collecting portfolio pieces that you can show around to land clients

My only advice is that whatever choice you end up making, just make sure you're not paying anything crazy for it. So many courses give all of that info for free or criminally low amounts

A great place to start is by reading "The Content Marketing Handbook" by Copyblogger. This guide will teach you how to produce valuable, engaging content that will help you attract and retain customers. You can also find helpful tips and tutorials on the Copyblogger website.

The first place to start is to understand the basics of good copywriting. Copywriting is the art of writing persuasive and interesting sentences that will sell or promote a product or service. Once you have a basic understanding of copywriting, you can start to focus on the specifics of writing great content.

One of my favorite resources is the Content Marketing Institute's "Ultimate Guide to Creating Killer Content." This guide covers everything from finding your audience to coming up with ideas to measuring success. It's a comprehensive resource that will walk you through the entire process of creating content that resonates with your audience.

t is important to first understand the basics of good web writing, including how to write for the web and using keywords. Once you have a good understanding of the basics, you can move on to more specific tips like creating catchy headlines, writing effective introductions, and using images and videos. To really hone your skills, you can also practice by writing samples and then getting feedback from others.

I've never found a good step-by-step resource. My advice is start with youtube and learn the basics of SEO, content marketing, and branch out from there based on the type of content you're focusing on.

How bad is deal volume at each firm? Grant Thornton has been running senior managers on 8-12 deals, managers on 6-9, and seniors on 3-4. I know this volume is unsustainable but I’m wondering how bad it is at other firms?

What’s the realistic salary expectations post-pandemic for an experiential producer with 5+ years of experience and 8+ years of managerial experience (in multiple fields)?? Hi Everyone, Can anyone confirm the avg pay for SaaS marketing manager/ Sr. Marketing manager in US?

Even if you do get followers on TikTok, they don't have much money to spend on your product or service—and they're likely not going to stick around long enough to do so anyway.

It feels like my pay and title are lower than my scope of duties. I manage Youtube channels and do all strategy, planning, talent management, rework content for socials, reporting, graphic design, + a bunch of other stuff. Do you think I should be something like Video Content Manager? A Strategist maybe? My company doesn't have career pathing & I think they'd be happy to keep giving me more work with the same pay. Current company: a fun and exciting fintech startup that’s about to raise a Seed/Series A. Possible to be promoted in the next year with a pay bump (still likely not as much as the job offer)

Potential company: A marketplace that sells used phones online and has been profitable for 5+ years.

I was just wondering if you ever feel like we're in a race to see who can come up with the most ridiculous marketing tactics?

It seems like there's always a new "trend" that comes out and everyone jumps on it. And then, a few months later, everyone jumps off it and starts something new.

Has anyone ever posted a general marketing position? We have an open position on our marketing team but we are unsure what type of position to offer. We have a wide variety of needs but don’t necessarily need to have this future person have all these skills. For example we need someone with great copywriting skills and also need someone who is great at digital marketing. This person doesn’t necessarily need to have both skills but if they did great, but if only one, great too.

@GSK can anyone tell me about Haleon? Good company, culture, salary/benefits? Seen some open roles and I’m curious.

Hi all! I work in digital marketing / organic social. For those in organic social what platform do you use for scheduling posts, analytics, UGC, managing influencers etc? We currently use bizzare voice/curalate. I work for a national retail brand so we are posting 2x a day with tons of UGC and in house content. Your thoughts and opinion are appreciated with all platforms! :)

I made it to the final round of a recruitment process for a Content Marketing Manager position at a big multinational company in the food industry. I now found out they interviewed another candidate and are going to take the next few days to make their final decision. It's just down to thr 2 of us. What is something creative I can do to stand out at this stage? Would be happy to hear your personal stories too or just your general advice. Thanks!
