Junior copywriter based in Toronto here. Came to Canada about a year ago and did an internship at Klick Health.

Once it ended in late August, they didn't take on ANY intern full time. Been job searching for the past 3 months. How do you balance between micromanaging & making sure your team is prepared enough for client meetings?
The team I’m managing is still upskilling on the work we’re doing, but I also am unable to lead every meeting we need to have. I wish I could give them all an exact script to use in sessions with clients so we get what we need, but obviously want them to also feel empowered/learn by doing.

So one of the PMs sends me a meeting invite (meeting starts 10 mins after receiving invite) to join her, and a few others to troubleshoot an issue.
