Hi ! Who’s at 3% in person in Atlanta this week!
I haven’t worked there but a number of my team members worked there and they reported that it was very toxic.
Same

Haven’t worked there either but colleagues have. They all said they were underpaid and overworked. I personally like all of the people that I’ve met who worked there in the past.
Same, and likewise for all my colleagues that worked there - all of them are awesome to work with and very hardworking.
I’ve been at RC about a month (moved over from a big WPP agency) and haven’t noticed anything toxic, it’s been great so far - I think it depends on your team/client though…but isn’t that the case with most agencies?
Good point. Your team matters!

I worked there and it was super cliquy. If you’re in you’re in and if you’re not it is miserable.

There is definitely an old guard vs new guard. People who have been there from the weisscom/ WCG days. There is favoritism. Also I think introverts don’t do well there.
Been here a long time and like it. I keep my head down and focus on the work and my team. I’m sure it varies by team but I try to be a supportive manager, make sure everyone has enough to do but not too much. It helps that my clients are generally nice and reasonable. I was nearly scared off by the bad Glassdoor reviews too but glad I joined and made up my own mind.
Like most agencies, it really depends what team you’re on.
Agree about it depending on the team. I recently moved from RC to a WPP agency and have found the new agency less political, more supportive and better for work-life balance.
