My LWD is 3rd week of Aug. I currently hold 3 offers as below

Wipro: 15 LPA(14 lpa fixed)
VOIS: 16.5 LPA(15.3 lpa fixed)
Accenture: 19.7 LPA(15.5 lpa fixed+ 1.5 joining bonus).

I am in a huge confusion which organisation to join. I have two offers from service based and one offer from product based(VOIS).

I will be part of Application Maintenance support and Development team(Application Consultant role).

Could you please help to share your inputs.

I am starting a 4-months internship at a company B in January. However, I just heard from a company T that they will interview me for their full time position.

Company T is paying me way more (twice) than Company B. And I like company T more. However, they want me to start working in February if I get this position. If I end up getting the offer, I will have to quit my internship at Company B, almost immediately after I begin the internship.

I need some insight on my salary. I've been working at a large insurance brokerage for 14 years now and am a Senior Account Manager. I service a book of around $1.5M and am doing all the data entry side of the job plus client facing service without much, if any assistance. My current annual salary is $78,500. I've recently found out from someone who left the company, who was in an entry level account management position, was making only $20k less than myself. Am I being fairly compensated?

My Last working date at Wipro is 12th of june 2022, So How tax will be calculated for the financial year 2022-2023. My CTC is 8.4L
I will be working only 3 months for this financial year and in April month payslip i can see 6K deducted for tax and in the IT projection it shows around 30k tax deduction gonna happen. I will be joining another Firm in same june month

How do you deal when you know you’re just so burnt out? I feel it— everything is magnified, home life feels more chaotic. I’m looking for jobs. Getting nowhere and lots of automated rejection notes. Work demands are never ending. We have staff, not the right staff, so a lot of work falls to me. I never get to turn off. It’s wearing. I’ve been trying “take care of myself” going to yoga, getting a drink with a friend, but the demands leave me feeling like I never get to be idle.

I’ve been doing comms work for about three years - five if you count my social media role in undergrad - and I’m at a pivotal point in my career. I’m looking to grow into a senior level role as a specialist and just added PR to my duties this year.
