Candidates: when you reply to the generic “you’re not a fit at this time” emails… we see them and they are attached to your application and candidate profile. If you choose to reply, what you say when you think no one is reading says a lot about you.

People actually reply back to those?!

like

If I’m slow then I’ll reply to the kind messages but if I’m busy and have a lot to do I don’t have time to give resume help or explain why they’re not a fit. Most of the time it’s clear the JD wasn’t read. A lot of the time it’s not worth opening up a conversation if I know I will not be able to help them. If they are a fit for future roles or for the team just another level then yeah I’ll reach out. If it’s an aggressive reply then I tag as do not contact and check to see where else they applied internally and add a note. We don’t need those people on our teams.

Hello, I have received offer letter from EY LLP for Manager position.
There is a bonus component over and above the CTC mentioned in offer letter.

When asked, HR conveyed the below, verbally.
'Bonus is between 10-20% depending on performance. Usually 15% on an average.'

1) This bonus range (10-20%) is not mentioned in the offer letter. Is this usually the case?

2) Are people in EY receiving the bonus right from the first year on the job or is there some extra t&c I was not made aware?

*URGENT JOB NEEDED* - BDM/E-com account management roles
Hey all, as I see a lot of recruiters in this group I wanted to know if anyone is hiring for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER or E-COM ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT or VENDOR MANAGEMENT roles.
My husband is relentlessly trying to get a job in Canada/US but he is getting either regret mails or no response for referrals.
It would be really helpful if there is anyone is hiring for such roles or if you can refer to those roles in your organization. TIA :)

Good Morning all,

Since I pivoted into TA (from the Wild West known as Finance) Tech Recruiting has always been the goal. But I’m having a hard time finding a way to get into that space (I do understand there’s a hiring crisis). Nevertheless, does anyone know of tech companies that are hiring? I may be low on the experience side so I’m willing to look at contract/ entry roles as well. Also, any advice will be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
