I've 6.5 yrs of experience in automation testing & agile methodology. Currently in CL9. Hi , i am having 3 yoe and have an offer from cts having joining date as 8 june but i want to resign on 15th march and not before that due to some project reasons . So my LWD becomes 13 June if i put resignation on 15th march which is more than my joining date 8 june .so what should i do in this situation i have already mailed my assigned recruiter at cts to extend my joining date but getting no response . Is it just me or are there entirely too many people in Business Services, specifically TC’s, who are just folks from client service that don’t want to deal with hours and travel anymore but have no formal training in the Business Services function they transition to? It seems to me very few TC’s are professionals in HR with any background, training or certifications in HR.

Question: I currently work as an inside sales account manager selling a wide portfolio of IT products. I’ve been recruited for a role that would be an outside sales role selling ONLY a software solution that Im able to sell at my current company (but usually don’t due to other options that we are compensated better off of.) The new role would have some overlap with current customers that I work closely with now (one being a VERY large client.) Would this violate a non-compete/solicitation?

I’m going to quit in 2022. Posting here to hold myself to it. I was asked to work on a discrete project that shouldn’t take more than 4-5 hours which has now turned into me having to join a call with the client at 9 am the morning after thanksgiving.

I'm American, but my family is mostly Colombian. I was told my aunt and cousins would come here for 2 weeks. I discovered they were going to be paid to appear in a famous Hispanic TV show, where a "judge" receives a case, hears the plaintiffs and defendants and renders a verdict. But of course, it's all fake and payed 😂 turns out she wanted me to go there (even though I don't work for that TV network) so she's sure she'll be paid at the end of the show. Wth did I just do.
