Just a question for those here. What does anyone see as a job outlook for a pharmacy technician that has 15 years of experience and is studying for the CPhT? I would like to return to 100% remote work and, understandably, most job postings that are about my caliber are requiring the cert. I am thinking of possibly pivoting into an IT job that would be fully remote later on down the road, but I’m interested in seeing what is possible now (and an average pay) for someone with my experience.

Is anyone worried about long term career success with new WFH normal? I’m awful at it. I’ve got ADHD and have always adapted my environment to set myself up for success. I always sucked at doing any sort of work at home, so I always studied in the library in college or with a group of friends. COVID has made me realize I have no idea what I want to do with my life. My job has been increasingly frustrating, and the salary freezes/loss of benefits has made me resent what I’m doing even more.
