If you could go back and start over would you still choose this path? Or would you choose a different career and/or a different time to have children? I accidentally became a working parent in law so while I love my job and my children I don't think I would have planned it quite like this.

Had a really rough drinking episode this past weekend. Broke some things in our house. Don’t remember. For 20 years now, I can have 1-2 drinks and be fine 9/10 times, and that 10% I go HARD. Sometimes I just really need it, but it’s always filled with regret the next day. I really want to be able to drink a glass of wine or have a couple beers, but now my SO says 100% abstinence. Hello all, I have offers from both EXL and Clairvoyant (acquired recently by EXL). I was wondering if there would be any issue if I choose one over the other? Leaning towards Clairvoyant a bit because of the discussion with HR. Also EXL HR is saying that they will issue laptop after joining. Is this normal?
