How do you look for a job in Sweden from the US? Have a Swedish spouse and are thinking of moving from the US. T10 MBA + MBB firm, not sure how to find opportunities or convey experience to them. I could transfer offices to Stockholm but want to see other options

I’ve worked in clinical research in the academic/non profit world for the past five years. I want to transition to a role in pharma or a CRO, but haven’t been successful yet because I don’t have industry experience. Does anyone know of any CROs/pharma companies that are willing to hire someone with research expertise from an academic medical center rather than already in industry? Thanks!

I’m pretty sure colleagues at my firm are inflating their billable hours. Is this the norm? I suspect many of you will think this is obvious and/or that I’m naive but wtf? I find hitting 2200 is tough even with a good sized work load. Am I just expected to play the game?
