My closest friend of 15 years told me she's been in love with me for several years. I don't know what to do. She's my closest friend. We talk about everything under the sun. I don't want to lose her. I could feel the pain in her voice as she told me this. She already knows she's just a friend to me. I'm serious about my girlfriend and we've discussed getting married. Is there anything I can do to lessen her pain and preserve the friendship?

Charleston audit, good market? I’ve been eyeing a move but unsure how logical the build to partner would be.

After a final round, does one normally get “feedback” from the recruiter? And if so, does it generally come at the same time as the decision? Curious what people’s experiences have been post-final.

I firmly believe leadership makes the difference.

Not only, it highlins each one's value, but especially spreads this value among others.
I'm speaking about life, in a broad sense, which also include work life, but it is not limited to that.

Looking for any kind of suggestion to improve my leadership: books, experiences, attitudes, daily-routine, ...

Thank you!

Hello everyone! I’ve been working for 3 years in a large corporation as market assistance. Although I’m among the 5 top performers, and have always work hard to serve the team, and went beyond by job description to be the best employee, I got no chance to grow. So I was offered a position as BDR to another company with more possibilities to grow. I love the idea of starting fresh, but at the same time I’m scared to leaving a stable job. Has anyone been through the same transition? Srry my Englis
