My understanding is that Lexus is much more reliable due to the fact that it’s basically a luxury Toyota. The ES 350 specifically is a luxury version of the Camry which is one of the most reliable vehicles. I’d go with the Lexus. (But that’s probably because I currently drive a 2020 Camry lol)

For used cars, avoid German
I've driven 2 Lexus LS460s to over 200k miles.
I don't know if I'll ever own another brand. They are comfortable, look good, perform well, and seemingly last forever.
Audis are fine with regular maintenence, and the 2019 should still be under warranty for a couple more years
Lexus are just glorified Toyotas. They don't drive the same as Audi, Bmw or Merc
i'm not a car person but my fiance will argue to the death that as long as you keep up with routine maintenance, Audis are amazing
My last 2 cars have been Lexus and I’ll never not buy Lexus. Ultra reliable, fantastic dealer service, and I’ve loved them both (both were SUVs).
Come from an Audi family. Occasionally may have some electrical gremlins, but with basic maintenance, mechanically they’re quite solid. My dad had 3 run for over 300k miles. I was super sad to sell my last one at 165k miles (only had 1 parking spot), and my wife currently drives a Q5 that has been fine.
ES and A6 are 2 different classes I think. GS is probably a better comparator in terms of size and performance. The A6 is a boat compared to the ES
Audi. Have a 2016 Q5 and have had 0 problems with it. Parents had A4s with no issues. Replacing our Q5 with a Q7.

Consumerreports has reliability data for pretty much every car
Audi’s aren’t that bad in reliability when it comes to sedans that aren’t the A4. Audi’s fault is their 4 cylinder engine which will not last more than a couple years (friend is a mechanic at an Audi dealership).
I’ve had a Lexus IS350 and have been loving it for the past few years (2018 model). Fun to drive, naturally aspirated engine, no need to worry about issues aside from normal maintenance.
2011 Audi Q5, going strong
Camry SE
Get the A6. As long as you keep up with the maintenance schedule you’ll have no issues. The ES has to be one of the most boring cars ever.
