Fishes, Need some suggestion- i have 2 offers currently and I am struggling to make a decision which one should I go for. I have 9 years of experience with current CTC as 20 LPA in Wipro (18 fixed and 2 variable)

1. Deloitte USI with 33.4 LPA as CTC (28 Lakhs fixed and 5.2 lakhs variable)
2. Snowflake with 31 LPA as CTC (27 lakhs fixed and 4 lakhs variable) with 18000 USD of stocks every year.

Hi everyone, for those of you who became US citizens, did you have to renounce Indian citizenship before getting a visa to go back to India? Trying to plan an emergency trip and am a little confused by this process.

Why is it so hard to join a group ? My boyfriend has his group of friends (both males and females) but every time we hang out with them, I feel left out because I don’t have history with them and they all have their inside jokes and stories. When an agency says they have unlimited PTO, realistically, what does that look like?

We just got a new AD on the team. We’ve worked together on a few projects but she hasn’t been able to hit deadlines. I’m still barely 6 months in myself but she’s a Senior AD so I’m a little confused. My work is always good to go but we’ve been having to push things back bc her side of things aren’t done. If I could be both a CW and an AD… I would tbh. How should I go about this? I also have 1:1’s every week with my manager so considering bringing that up to her as well. Thanks ~
