Career change. Company is great. Didn't research l Manager and ended up with someone who hasn't taught much or helped with industry knowledge. Credit took a hit. Will it be hard to change companies

Why do senior folk (typically in leadership roles) truncate their experience at junior levels on LinkedIn to only feature the highest title that they achieved during their tenure at x agency?  

E.g. 6 years as an Account Director, despite it being their first gig in advertising/ever.

I have 25L job in India. I got selected in H1b through consultancy which is only offering me 77k per year.
I have 9 yoe with Java full stack. I fear this might be a backward step to my career. But my wife is already in US through her company and it's very hard to stay in different countries.
Can we switch in US easily for better paying jobs?

current sal 13l and after appraisal it may go to 14.5 or 15 l

Can I apply to Big 3 Cloud (and other top SaaS) for Junior AE after a full year as a top performing BDR? Coming from 7yoe of industry + Big 4 consulting with MBA before pivoting into tech sales to be a hunter closer. Aiming for industry-aligned AE openings to leverage my related background, but most descriptions still “require” 2-5 years of quota or full cycle experience even for SMB. Would my 12mo as BDR be good enough since I have 8 total years of professional experience?

I've 6.5 yrs of experience in automation testing & agile methodology. Currently in CL9. I joined ACN with mindset that I'll move into management role after couple of years, but they put me into a project which is 100% opposite to my previous experience, both domain and techn wise. Hi! I am trying to conduct some competitive analysis specifically on a set of metrics (e.g. latency) for the purpose of benchmarking.
The challenge here is that most of these metrics are not public, so I'm curious how others may have approached similar initiatives. I think some anecdotal data points can be gathered through the sales team but such data obviously comes with a tone of caveats on accuracy.
