Anyone here interested in a full-time remote role as a Sourcing Specialist at On Deck? I'll be looking to add one more person to my team by May 2022.
If you understand sourcing as a concept and you want to really improve your craft, please let me know. I enjoy doing sourcing and I believe I can help you level-up. I'm open to people in North/South America, Europe, Africa.

So...Qualtrics?
So, take this with a bit of a grain of salt because I haven’t interviewed or anything so it’s all secondhand, but what I’ve heard is this: it was perhaps a better place to work pre-SAP acquisition, but it’s still a good spot to be. There’s a ton of growth opportunity, they’re on a hiring spree trying to build out their services side across the country. I do hear the pay does not match consulting in general, but I don’t have much data to back that up. Friend did take a pay cut to make the switch, but was more interested in WLB.
For what it’s worth, my friend really enjoyed the people he met throughout the process, and the HQ office in Utah is supposedly incredible.
Can you do sales bro?
That's the focus of my current role. Been crushing it. More along lines of sales engineering for both solicited role and current.
5y total experience, looking at milestone to SC this year. Soliciting firm is not SV but still a huge alliance partner to Big 4 and has massive growth outlook and SAP backing.
I have a fondness for management consulting as an industry despite all of the challenges. I've found my purpose in this business.
Current client with current firm is fine, growing the account, clear path forward, etc etc.
This is the first time I've been in this position. Has anyone else made a transition like this and pivoted back? Has anyone lost all reason to return? Really just looking for another perspective. What are implications of pulling the trap door?
Ok talk to someone in your area. I don’t really know anything about SAP.
It's just owned by them, not directly SAP but falls in as a subsidiary
Qualtrics needs to evolve past the survey part TBH
@PM1 Qualtrics is marketing itself as “experience management” but like how many people actually complete these survey’s? They need to come up with a way to gather that same info in a more subtle way or even a different way that can still scale
