Hello Fishes, I am new here and would like your inputs on the Grade, Designation & Basic salary in TCS. 1. Is the Grade - 'C3B' & Designation - 'ASC - Associate Consultant' correct for 11 years and 6 months of experience ? 2. And is the Basic salary offered in TCS very less than the Market standard? Thanks in Advance 🙏🏼

Hey Googlers, I’m going in for my GCP TAM second round on Monday and had a few QQs for you all:
1. For the RRK2 case study if there is a scenario for handling peak time workloads where the client did a lift & shift of a monolithic architecture, is the best suggestion to move them to micro services to enable serverless and auto scaling features?
2. I was told that they’ll give me 15 mins to prep after the case study is shared live, would you suggest I build a 1 pager or is that not required?Google

Probably, some employment contracts bar you from having parallel employment, and most if not all prevent you from offering competing services for pay, even if they are not to the same customers.
Interview all you want but it’s the actual work that could be problematic

You have to disclose any side gigs. If it’s something the firm also offers they will say you can’t do it. There’s a non compete in the contract.
I’ve known people that did a paid job in jewelry making or beverages and things like that starting their own business even on the side and as long as it was disclosed and something completely unrelated it was fine. (This was when I was at pwc but EYs contract was the same)
Interview all u want. U just can’t work (legally) without disclosing/getting approval
