Does anyone here have good sourcing resources for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist for full-time work?

Really burning out from everything. I’m back after maternity leave and my full time schedule just kicked in. Baby girl just turned 5 months and is at home with family. Oldest in preschool. I just can’t do it all. I can work 8 hours sure but I mean I’m going 9-5, back on for a half hour 530-6, back off until 8. In my “down time” I am breastfeeding or having dinner with family then going through the entire childcare routine. I get everyone ready in the AM. I do drop off and pick up. I can’t breath

Just got hit with bad news that I likely have Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Being in healthcare, I feel like I took it very laid back. Seems like I should be more upset than I am but I’m not. Anyone else in healthcare feel this way when/if they get bad news affecting their own health

Both me and my wife maxed out company match on 401K but are below the annual limit. What are our options now to take full advantage of the annual limit? Neither of us qualify for Roth IRA.

I set my 401k per paycheck contribution to max by year end. Currently at 16k but I’m quitting my job in a week and won’t have access to new job 401k for a month. Should I just put my entire last paycheck into this company’s 401k to fill it up?

6 months pregnant and just laid off. And 40% of my severance was just taken in taxes .. I just spoke with paid family leave and I no longer qualify even though I had been paying into the program (thanks NY).. I’ve always thought that I’m a decent human who cares about ppl I work with through my actions. got a reality check with only average response for LOOP where just 1 of many ppl that submitted cared to share detailed feedback. Since it is a longer projects working togethr for abt 1yr, with this being the only LOOP during it, suddenly I feel this is representative of their true perception of me.
