Who’s hiring right now? And pays well? I got a couple years experience at big 4 and looking to make a move to get into the 6 figure salary

Does anyone find it difficult to excel in their role? I am a woman of color, I have been in my role for 6 years, have multiple degrees, and perform at a level of exceeding expectations, but yet, I am unable to get an interview each time I apply for a new role.

I am trying to Pivot to full stack developer after I’m done self teaching using The Odin Project. My question is, what are some ways I can prepare now, while learning that will help me to confidently apply for jobs without taking the lowest pay because I’m a newbie? In my current role I make $68k and don’t wish to go lower. Is it possible to still get decent pay an entry level developer?

Are any digital agencies forcing employees to return to the office yet, or has the industry, being digital-oriented, bucked the trend? I'm 27 and I held onto a lot of cash up until recently (fam needed emergency $). I now have about 45K in stocks & index funds, still holding onto about 70K cash. I met up with some of the people I work with earlier this week. I’m a POC - black. These mostly non POC did not include me in conversations going on on the table and hardly ever looked me in the eye. It was my first time meeting most of them and it was quite disheartening to see it unfold.
