Let's talk salary! What is your title, salary, location, years of experience and do you feel you are fairly paid?
For me: Director of Operations, $60K, Austin, TX, 4 YOE, & I feel I am incredibly underpaid.

Creative directors, do you know and or care if one member of the team is stronger conceptually than the other (and if yes, how do you know?) Or is it just a package deal in your mind?

I’m so grateful for my late term diagnosis 18 months ago and my medication because i function like a human now. But it also makes me feel a bit sad that my brain is “broken” and even needs medication.

Resigned the other week and gave a 4 week notice period (as per contract). Moving on to bigger and better things!

Employer said they were happy to negotiate a shorter notice period..happy days I say!

Had meetings with the GM and manager yesterday to sort it all out.. then they were having a meeting later that day to finalise everything..I follow up this morning and get told..“nope we are now not in a position to negate down, you need to work your notice in full”
