Hi! I’m a second year associate in Internal Audit at a big four. I passed all 4 CPA exams while working FT and I’m trying to find an exit opportunity within the forensic accounting industry. I’m open to trying out fruad, investigations, etc. My current role has me trained to multi-task with multiple clients and topics. I was wondering what I could potentially do to get my foot in the door for FTI Consulting AlixPartners and Alvarez & Marsal? Advice/referral on this would be greatly appreciated.

Probably not a bad idea to get some of your money out. There’s $92B in open interests in call options right now. The only symbol with a larger open interest is the SPY.
It’s a bubble and who knows when it will pop. But when it does it will be a bloody mess.

Yup and congrats.
I’ve probably paid for one of my kid’s college educations with what I’ve been able to do in the last 6 months and made great progress on retirement savings.
Speculation is fine and I still have a number of spec stocks I’m in. But you still have to manage risk and stocks that double in 6 weeks or go up 9x in 12 months rarely burn brightly for very long.
I’m not. If others do and it goes down, great... I’ll buy more

Cashed out just now when it was up 4%. I was only in it for the short term anyway to profit off the Musk cult over the past few months. It may continue to moon or it could correct. But I’m taking my profits and I’m out ✌️
SE1 - historic evidence on inclusions show the majority of time the new SP tends to hold for a good while. We shall see how the next few weeks go. I do anticipate profit taking (across all markets) in final week of year before reinvesting in new year.

Buying dips of a hyper- bubble isn’t a good investment strategy. As the air starts going out, you are literally betting that someone else will run to grab it off your hands and start blowing more air in it regardless of the cracks! You probably have better odds at BlackJack!

Pullback will be around 15-20%. Don’t sell if you have higher gains. After Jan 4 Tesla targets will revise up based on the vehicle delivery numbers. You won’t be able to buy it cheap as you are thinking

Been scalping puts around the VWAP today. Very stressful but in and out of 5 contracts over the last hour for 10%.
And if I held a little longer, 10% would be 50% but too much premium for a 0DTE

Big buyer about to come in, an interesting question about whether that has been fully priced in, more than fully priced in, or insufficiently priced in. I would say more than 1/3 of the time, the last one is the case with these situations. Maybe short term dip but it probably makes bigger highs soon
Probably you. Definitely me. And most people in the US, anyone who has exposure to the S&P 500. Pretty big numbers of dollars💲💲💲💲 will go to purchasing Tesla stock.
Now it's true that the market has at least partially priced in this inclusion already but if you have to bet, you might do better to think that it has not fully been priced in, as is usually the case in similar situations.

Very short version is that the only reason TSLA is so high right now is because of absurdly high options trading... that’ll change now that it’s in the S&P 500. That’ll pop the TSLA bubble and back to earth she’ll come.
