Trying to rid myself of ID work and get into commercial lit at big shop. I’m just about a year in, and so I was wondering if it makes sense to go to a smaller/midsized shop first then see where I’m at in 3-5 years if big law is still a goal.

I’ve enjoyed, learned a lot but the stress has taken a toll on my health health. It’s a 7 month program that starts in December. I’m asking, would any of you who are in this field do the Bootcamp or would it be best to just go back to school for a Bachelor’s degree or a Masters in Data Analytics. I joined my current company 4 years ago as HR Generalist through Hays working part-time while studying my Masters and I was hired full-time in 2020 with a different title as HR support Specialist. 11 months after, my FTE reduced to 70%.
