Caught a compensation calculation mistake after signing the offer...The recruiter presented the offer with overestimated RSUs that are not aligned with the company's vesting schedule. Unfortunately, I only caught the mistake after signing the offer.
The actual offer is about $20K less than what the recruiter presented. She's not willing to admit that she made the mistake and says "I" will be the one who looks bad in front of my hiring manager if she asks to change.
What should I do?

Elevate. I’d be questioning the integrity of employees at the company I just agreed to work for. You will not look bad, and she is panicking so you won’t highlight her error.
