Does anyone have any experience in working as Sole EMEA Region Counsel for a US Organisation? I have been a PM at my company for 2 years now, with a years prior experience as associate PM. I got promoted before my certification, but was told if I did not get a PMP or ACP I would get my promotion taken away.
Received the ACP and have not seen a raise. Now we have a girl that is getting a 15k raise and going straight from Project coordinator to PM (with one year experience) and no certification. She will now be 5k less than me. If she gets CaPM she gets a 5k raise. Wong to feel slighted?
