Hi everyone, 2 years ago, my division was shut down and I was offered a move to “corporate” (operations were consolidated and SBUs were dismantled, leaving one main office). I lead 4 direct reports and 5 indirect reports. The role is the first female leadership role in the department. The company is a 100% “good old boy” club. The women I lead seems to prefer male leadership and no respect for women or my role. I asked my leader to support me and he thinks he does. Advice?
