Fine to have different people dedicated to different goals for each group (Hr=talent attraction, PR for PR lol, etc) but if all of those social leads don’t meet to ensure they’re staying on brand it could get messy
Centralized all the way of these team members will be sharing the same social accounts.
I have had success in teams that work together and have daily contact. I have watched teams fail that take a hands off approach, or check in with their content creators bimonthly, or put too many gates between the brand team and all marketing including social media.
I’m a big fan of active instant chats with the team, daily check ins and obstacle identification discussions. There is something to be said for autonomy and some flexibility, as well as Bottleneck potentials.
