I am working for NetApp Client, Bangalore however My base Location is Hyderabad, and I have heard from a couple of NetApp Employees that they are planning to resume offices by May.
My questions are:
1. If UST is planning to bring employees back to office?
2. If they call will I be asked to relocate to Bangalore as my client's location is Bangalore or will I be working from Hyderabad only?

PS: My manager has left the organisation and I am the sole person from UST in my project.

Negotiating a salary for a director level marketing & comms position at a FQHC in Bay Area/Tri-Valley. I’m having a hard time finding comparisons. We have 300 employees and a 20 mil annual budget. I’d be having one direct report initially (I’m going to be growing the department- gotta start somewhere). Had a former coworker tell me that directors at the org get 105-120k. Alright please advise: My first name can be used for both male and female identifying people. In addition, my last name can also be used as a males first name. Let’s just say my name is: Alex John. Often times when people meet me, they refer to me as my last name (John), thinking that I am male. They’ll do this even after I signed my full name to an email (first, last) OR they’ll assume that I’m male from my first name (Alex). Either way I identify as female and I’m bothered by their assumptions

Anyone with Frenchie’s having issues with shedding? Looks like my 7mo pup will shed continuously all day long. We groom him professionally once a month and brush him at least once a day and use a coat conditioner by Kiehl’s. Any suggestions?

Can't remember what post had a side discussion re: CBD for dogs. But I just wanted to update. I ordered Charlotte's Web CBD oil and calming chews for my nervous cattle dog. I do think it has been helpful. The oil takes time to build up in their system. But the chews are for immediate use. I give her two chews before long car rides. The nervous panting, yawning, etc. is way down. It's not eliminated. But it's better.
