6 days is way too soon to have an ultimate opinion.
What do you mean by “next level”? Did you go from A to SA and wish to go back to A? Or switch from another firm to PWC? Either way, I would say 6 days is too soon to switch jobs again..
Yes. Part of my wants to stick it, but then I am going backwards on the path I want to follow. I have young kids, and the extra time I’m working is taking me away from my family. When I was a manager, in track for potential promotion in maybe a year or two, I was having great opportunities and still a wonderful balance. I really don’t wanna deal with this crap. Sacrifice my family for just the moral of sticking out.
But then the moral repercussions of the time I made them waste (and my own)

I know the feeling. Sometimes you just know. I saw all the red flags immediately. It felt like I was being punk’d so I get it.
What do you absolutely hate about it?
Roles, project dynamics, management priorities, and the prospect of doing this for the long haul. It is just not what I want to do. The company did a restructuring and what I was going to be doing, is no longer in the same branch of business. The imminent leave of someone on burnout will have me cover for them for a while, for client stability .
