Chase Freedom Unlimited vs Chase Sapphire Preferred credit card?

I am starting for a company that lets you use your own card (and get reimbursed) I am in sales so going to lunch and dinner will be what I use the card for. I currently have a city double cash card since it was 2% on everything but now I want to lean into the dining. I know the Sapphire Preferred has a great early bonus but I never like annual fees for cards.. thoughts? Pros/Cons long term? I do travel AND LOVE southwest.

Thermo Fisher for Data Engineer in AWS and Python and Ameriprise as Lead Developer for Informatica Powercenter. Ameriprise is offering 50k more in my monthly salary than Thermo Fisher. My preference is to join in where I can grow and get a good learning for future career growth. Also, work life balance should be good in the organization.

I was an AE for two years, took a promotion at another agency for SAE for only 8 months and am now being recruited for AS at 80k. 1) Put 10k into iBonds and $90k as downpyament and closing costs for a property (I’ll need to put in 20%, already talked to several mortgage agents)
