I am looking to receive some input on a TN Visa. I currently have an offer at a consulting firm in Toronto with expectations to fly to the U.S. for team meetings. The firm is applying for a TN visa on my behalf, however, has indicted that my science degree may be an issue and they are currently discussing with their attorney.
