Got offer from LTI and Mastek with same package , which company should I join ?

Hi Sharks,

Please suggest!

If we accept the offer from TCS, but do not join it as other company is giving higher package than TCS.
So is it like we can't join the TCS in future if we accepted the offer from TCS?

As I only heard that after joining the TCS, if we resigned it, then we can't join TCS in future.

Is it any surprise we’re seeing mass layoff in tech? Years of rich friends hiring rich friends with no work ethic has lead us here. The amount of people who worked for Meta, Apple, Amazon, etc for a few months / maybe a year is astounding. it’s around that time frame a boss can tell if you’re worth it

I need $60k in 2 years. Any options other than getting a personal loan?

I’m on track to save $100k in 2 years. I can safely draw $40k from savings, and planning on getting a $60k loan to make up a total of $200k.

The money is to invest in real estate abroad, where I won’t be able to get a mortgage. Going through the right legal paths and not trusting anyone specifically so nothing sketchy.

New to US investment. Please assess and let me know if I am doing anything wrong or should I do anything different. Invested $25k and now it is around $21k. This is my personal brokerage distribution:

I previously maxed out my traditional 401k
I have about 40k

Once I learned more about retirement, I then stopped contributing to traditional 401k and started maxing out my Roth 401k
I have about 60k

I have about 25k of matched contributions

This is where I get fuzzy
-Should I/can I call the broker to roll over my traditional 401k to my Roth 401k (or do I need to open a separate Roth IRA and have them roll it into this?)

-Should I/Can I move my matched contributions to my Roth 401K...cont
