I agree with SC1. I don’t know if their higher up positions are better, but I interviewed as an AD role and wasn’t impressed.
If you’re in Miami I can understand because of the slim pickings. However, I wouldn’t move here to work at The Community.

👍🏻@R2C——7+ years in the biz for a CD? Not being flippant but I read the job description and can’t imagine anyone with only 7 years has done much, if not most, of what’s required (pitching and winning million dollar biz?). Love that you’re posting job opps—truly appreciated—but watch out because while there are certainly younger CDs who are the real deal, it seems you’re casting too wide a net and you could get some seriously underqualified folks applying/trying to fake it til they make it. And worse, who can’t speak hipster beyond daily staples like “Can I buy some humanely raised, gluten-friendly she-goat milk?” or “Pardon me but where might I find the penny-farthing bike repair shop?”
@OP—I’m glad you read the job description. It will be a great situation for the right person. Hopefully, if someone is trying to fake their way in, the execs doing the interviews will sniff that out. Also, it says “7+”. Most likely the job will go to someone with more experience, but there could be a star out there who is closer to seven. It would be a shame to eliminate that person from consideration.

The economic language of the world is English. Forget about it. Spanish will not be the official language as long as the business language is English.
