Anyone have a trick for being really regular? I struggle because I’m normally okay (not great) but if I have an off few days (I.e., eating too much crap / too few vegetables) I feel terrible and have trouble pooping / cramping until I can actually do it.

Overall I’m pretty healthy. Could move more but drink lots of water and eat lots of vegetables/foods with fiber. I even drink prune juice daily.

Does anyone have any experience with under eye fillers / tear trough filler? My allergies cause my under eye area to get dry and swollen and I noticed lately (at age 33) that when the swelling goes down, my under eye skin does not bounce back. I’m starting to get intense creases/wrinkles under my eyes. I’m not sure if filler is the answer but I would love to hear about any experiences.

Random thought - why can't you prepay for hospital expenses with an FSA card? I'm about to lose $700 on an FSA and thought how helpful that would be as we want to have a kid next year. I can go buy a sick first aid kit but a payment for future hospital services is out of the question.

35+4 and almost certain I have the flu - cough, aches, low grade fever, headache, very sore throat from coughing. I’m seeing the doctor today, but how have you all coped if you’ve been here? This is miserable - Delsym only works so well, I had wanted to avoid Tylenol but need it for fever, and I have too many big meetings to not dial in today. 🤒🥱

Trying not to be reactive here until my doctor calls, but… obviously can’t help it. My blood test today (28w) came back with results that are worrying me. My RBC and HCT are low (below the standard range) which would indicate slight anemia, but ferritin came back totally normal. This alone wouldn’t cause me too much concern, except that I have counts for NRBC, which seems like a bigger problem. Has anyone else gone through this?

Is NIPT worth it ? I am 32 years old and currently 16 weeks pregnant . My NIPT blood sample doesn’t have enough fetal DNA. They took 2 weeks to say that . Should I go for a re-draw of sample or it’s not worth it ?

I am 5 weeks pregnant for the first time and I have stabbing, agonizing pain. After 3 trips to the ER per my future OB (won’t see me til 8 weeks) and the development looking healthy, I asked them to check me instead of just the pregnancy. I am driving both me and my husband crazy. We both work from home in a 4 bedroom home pretty decent size. My husband wants to do daycare and id prefer a nanny. Thankfully money isn’t the the concern, it’s more he thinks we’ll be distracted and I am nervous about anti-vax people and rise of polio and whooping cough. We went to a daycare we liked but they did they allowed religious exceptions which makes me uncomfortable. Would love to get feedback.

To those of you resistant to family cars - I’m a sports car driving, fast car loving, low to the ground kind of mom-to-be. (e.g. no back seat, no back doors). Obvi I need to get a new car but what isn’t too large, makes sense for a 3 person family (no more kids coming), while not sacrificing my need for speed and desire for a smaller/low to the ground/well handling ride? So far considering an S4 /S5, 3 or 4 series. Back doors seems to be a requirement for getting in and out of a car seat huh!🙄
