I live in River North and pay $2300 and am on the River in a high rise. Obviously you pay a premium for that. I also have a doorman and security which was an important feature when I was apartment shopping since I’m never home and I don’t need a break in and such

$2600 for 800sq ft high-rise downtown - I moved from NYC and thought that was cheap. Turns out I’m getting swindled. Too lazy to move though, and I’ll probably buy next year.
