How much should an entry level PO make? I have been in my role almost a year and had no prior experience in product or software development before this. I was hired for my industry knowledge and with the understanding it is a learning position. I make 65k base and I am happy with that for now, but I do plan to increase my salary (job hop) once I feel I have strong enough skills to look elsewhere and be competitive.

However I haven’t heard back in 4 days and the recruiter has not responded to my follow up. He received the message 12 hours ago - he lives in UK.
My question is should I reach out directly to the team or wait for answer?

I’m being vetted for a position that I’d have to relocate for, they mentioned they’d pay for relocation. This would be my first role in senior leadership, and I’m just looking for tips on negotiating pay and other components of my offer letter. I’ve previously had an issue where I was brought in way under value, and it took 2 years to get a benchmarking raise. I just want to position myself highly upfront this time.
